1. Digital Products — No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the download links have been delivered. Once you receive access to your digital files, the transaction is considered complete and non-refundable.

This policy exists because digital goods cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense — once downloaded, the files remain in your possession.

2. Exceptions

We may consider a refund or replacement in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Defective Files: If the downloaded files are corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from the product description, we will provide replacement files or a full refund.
• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate order.
• Technical Issues: If you are unable to download or access your purchased files due to a verified issue on our end, we will resolve the issue or issue a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the exceptions listed above:

1. Contact us within 7 days of purchase via our Contact Page or email info@vtuberavatars.com.
2. Include your order number, the product name, and a detailed description of the issue.
3. If applicable, attach screenshots or evidence of the problem.

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Stripe).
• Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks are costly and we are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6. Coupon and Discount Purchases

Products purchased with discount codes or coupons are subject to the same refund policy. Refund amounts will reflect the actual amount paid after the discount.
