1. Digital-Only Products
VTuberAvatars sells exclusively digital products. We do not ship any physical goods. All products are delivered electronically — there are no shipping fees, handling charges, or delivery wait times.
2. Instant Delivery
After your payment is successfully processed, your digital products are delivered instantly through two methods:
- Email Delivery: You will receive an email with download links for your purchased products within minutes of completing your order.
- Account Dashboard: All your purchased products and download links are available in your Customer Dashboard under the "My Downloads" section.
3. Download Links
- Download links are provided for each file included in your purchased product.
- Some products may have download limits (specified on the product page). Once the limit is reached, please contact support for assistance.
- We recommend downloading and securely backing up your files immediately after purchase.
4. File Formats
Our digital products may include the following file formats depending on the product:
- Live2D Model files (.moc3, .model3.json)
- Texture files (.png, .psd)
- Configuration and setup files
- Documentation and usage guides (PDF)

5. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with delivery:
- No Email Received: Check your spam/junk folder. If not found, log in to your account and check "My Downloads".
- Download Errors: Try using a different browser or clearing your cache. If the issue persists, contact us.
- Missing Files: If your download is incomplete or files are missing, contact our support team immediately.
6. International Availability
Since our products are digital, they are available for purchase worldwide. There are no geographical restrictions on delivery.
